1) After registration, I cannot log in?
A: You should received an activation email, please go to your sign up email account and click on the activation link from the email message. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/junk mail inbox.

2) I cannot find a suitable category for submitting my product?
A: There is a field for suggest new category when you submit your product listing. You must register and logged into you account.

3) My country was not included for submit my list?
A: No worry, you can also add them as mention in FAQ 2. If you are adding a new country with a new category, simply separated by a comma.

4) Can I publish my lists in other language?

A: No, we are sorry! You must publish your listing in English.

5) Can a retailer join B2B Biz?

A: Yes, you can. You can sign up and post buyer quotes, it is also free and unlimited.
